Sometimes, executive development or decision making requires a confidential one-to-one relationship where a wide range of issues can be confidentially explored and resolved. Through systematic assessments and dialog you can engage in this powerful executive coaching process that tackles both organizational and life issues.

We offer coaching in several different ways. If you are close by, we can meet face-to-face. Or--if you’re in the rest of the world, telephone works just fine

If you want to work with us as an individual, we can arrange a process suited to your particular needs. If you run an organization, we can provide a coaching program for your staff.

Our approach is different in two important ways:

1. We are experienced executives who have years of direct line management and staff experience in business, government, universities, and non-profits.
2. We use well-organized, field tested programs to lead you down your personal path to success.

We provide a textbook, audio CDs, and individual workbooks as part of the program. After 12 weeks, you will complete your personal plan for success with step-by-step goals. At that check point, you can decide to continue with our monthly plan or a customized approach to suit your particular needs.
